Thermite powder was simply poured into just these panel column bolt-access-holes -(the upper holes - not the lower holes).

The thermite was ignited with non-electric detonators, linked by shock-tube.

One can also see the flashes from the firing shock-tube - moving from the upper right to the lower left in the following video.

Also note the thermite reaction on the left of the screen (at the spandrel splice), along with its characteristic plumes of aluminum-oxide ash, yellow to yellow-orange flowing molten iron, and a raging flames above, indicating tremendous heat.

Also note the thermite reactions in the corner-panel box columns. The thermite reaction in the lower end of the WTC2/301/81-82 column caused 301 to experience visco-elastic creep, bow inward, and fail, thereby initiating the collapse of WTC2, and marking the (bizarre) end of NIST's investigation.

The above video shows:

- Flashes traveling along shock-tube.
- Firing non-electric detonators

- Thermite reactions in box columns
- Thermite reactions in spandrel splice gaps.
- Synthetic fires, from thermite reactions.

- The WTC2/301/81-82 column being heated by thermite in the box column, until visco-elastic creep causes 301 to bow inward, fail, and - ultimately - according to NIST itself - initiate the collapse of WTC2. (You are looking right at it.)

- Explosive demolition immediately after NIST closes it eyes (when 301 fails, like NIST).

- Cold-blooded mass-murder.
- Screaming traumatized onlookers (just as MILDEC planned).
- Great photo-ops (input signals) for MILDEC planners' MindWar.

- Great music and lyrics, that models 9/11 better than NIST, ASCE, NWU, and The Sissies put together. (Oh, they are together? Oh yeah.)

The thermite reactions in the lower ends of perimeter-panel box columns heated the columns to 1/2 to 2/3 of their melting temperature.

This heat caused the columns to experience visco-elastic creep, bow inward, and fail.

The failure of perimeter columns initiated the collapse of the WTC towers.


In other words:
 
Thermite initiated the collapse of the WTC towers.


Clearer still:

Thermite was used to both initiate and cloak the controlled-demolitions of the WTC towers.

Note added August 22, 2007:

On July 28, 2007 I realized that the shock-tube was probably dusted with thermite, rather than with an explosive such as HMX.

This would eliminate the need for the non-electric detonators! 

This eliminates the need for any ignition intermediary between the shock-tube and the planted thermite!

In fact, thermite-dusted shock-tube solves all kinds of problems, AND fits the evidence.
